1. The cooling-off period is not a trial period:
According to Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including national holidays) starting from the date of product delivery. This period is for you to review, inspect, and compare the product. You may request a return and refund within these 7 days.
Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day period.
2. Return Process:

信件主旨請填寫「 申請退貨 ( 訂單編號及會員姓名 ) 」,並請依以下格式填寫,寄送至 se*****@*****om.tw。

・會員姓名
・欲退貨商品品項及數量
・申請退貨之原因
・退貨取件地址
・取件聯絡人姓名
・取件聯絡人電話
・請附上商品瑕疵照片 ( 如有開箱影片也請一併附上 )
・如以 ATM 方式付款,請提供銀行帳戶影本
3. Important Notes for Returns:
(1.) Returned products must be in brand-new condition and include all original items, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents or materials (e.g., product box, warranty card, plastic protective sleeve). Please apply for a return within 7 days of delivery (including national holidays). Otherwise, Guh reserves the right to refuse your return or refund request.
(2.) When returning, please pack the item securely in the original shipping carton. If the original carton is lost or damaged, please use another intact carton. Do not attach labels or write directly on the product’s original packaging.
(3.) If the returned product is missing parts or damaged, Guh reserves the right to deduct a portion of the refund depending on the extent of the damage.
(4.) Once your return request email has been approved by customer service, the return will be arranged according to the logistics method you originally selected. Our customer service team will contact you regarding return details and follow-up procedures.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
(1.) Returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period.
(2.) Products that have been opened or used (e.g., torn packaging tape or box).
(3.) Products not kept in original condition, damaged, incomplete, or with compromised packaging.
(4.) Except for defective items, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened. Please confirm before purchase.
(5.) Customized products.
5. Refund Method:
For orders paid by credit card, refunds will be processed through a chargeback directly to your credit card account. Depending on your bank’s procedures, the refund may take approximately 5–7 business days to complete and may appear on either the current or following billing statement. Please contact your credit card company for further details.
For other payment methods, our customer service team will contact you directly to arrange the refund process.
